Is there a way to download an older specific service release? When we upgraded to NetAdvantage 11.1 we selected the option to automatically update to the latest service release. At the time, that was 11.1.20111.2009. But the version we have physically downloaded is 11.1.20111.1003.
Now we have a new employee and the install is upgrading to service release .2090. This causes the new employee to be out of sync with the rest of the development team. Is it possible to download service release 11.1.20111.2009?
Hello Cyril,
I have created private case for you - CAS-121589-L3Y0Y7, where I will provide you the needed information about this specific service release.
If you have any other questions with this matter, please feel free to let us know here in the forums, or through the private case.
Thanks.
I am also having similar problem. All my team mates installed infragestics NET advantage in early July. They have 12.2.20122.2087 version. I tried to install by selecting 'Get latest version' option. I got a version ending with .2096. Then I installed by not selecting 'Get latest version'. This time I have a version ending with .1006.
I am looking for the version ending with .2087. It is hard to find these service releases in Infragestics web site.
Can some one help me with this?
Thanks
Cyril
Hello Cxnguye,
Thank you for posting in the Infragistics forums.
Such matters are resolved on individual basis, and if you provide me more details what exactly is your issue, and which version you are looking for, I will be able to create a private ticket for you, where we would be able to continue the conversation further.
If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
How come a resolution is not posted back to this forum to be shared with others like me who are having a similar issue? A lot of times when I find posts from this forum with similar issues that I have, they usually end up going into an individual's case; hence defeating the purpose of this forum.
Hi gbaldwin,
I have created CAS-88782-5JS2ZX to further assist you with this issue and I will be following up with you via the case.
If you have any further questions regarding this issue in the meantime, please let me know.
Sincerely,Chris KDeveloper Support EngineerInfragistics, Inc.www.infragistics.com/support
