Hi
I've copied the Australian dictionary into my bin directory and have set this as the dictionary on my ultra spell checker.
Now it doesn't matter what I type, everything is marked as being spelt incorrectly. Is there another property somewhere that I need to set?
Also, I'm looking at your SpellCheckerTextCorrection93050 in this discussion. Its great that we can have a context menu showing a list of choices, but is it possible to add an 'Add to dictionary' menu item so that a word can be added to a custom dictionary?
regards
Steve
Hello,
I am just checking about the progress of this issue. Let me know If you need any further assistance on this issue?
Thank you for using Infragistics Components.
Hi Hristo
Thanks for your email and sorry for my delay in replying to your original response.
The example for adding new words was exactly what I needed. I missed that example in your help section unfortunately.
I'm still having trouble with the non generic english dictionary though. I've included the project but the Australian dictionary file is too large to include. You will just need to copy your version into the bin directory.
The spell checker now underlines every word I type.
cheers
Hello ,
I have created a support ticket for you in our system in order to investigate this further for you. The ID of this ticket is CAS-93867-L8F7K9, and I will update for the progress of this issue via this thicket.
I'm having the same issue after upgrading to NetAdvantage 2011.2. It worked without any issue prior to the upgrade. Now, once we set the Dictionary property to "cn-english-v2-whole.dict" everything gets highlighted as incorrect. We also make reference to the french dictionary when a user switches language. This is a very important issue for us.
Has a solution to this issue been found? Thank You.
