Well i am using ulra grid, and displaying a picture in one column, same used in the samples. Every thing goes well, the only issue is that i want to fix the width & height of picture of all the records, as currently every picture is showing in its original size, but i want symetry among the pictures. Can any one help me that how should i fix the width & height of the picture

How are you displaying the picture in the cell? Is the picture contained in the data? Or are you assigning an appearance? What exactly do you want to do to the picture, scale it down to fit the cell?
