Like in the case of column headers can be fixed from scroll bar, Can we keep the Group Band Label also fixed when we scroll down. Please help as we urgently need it.

You can fix any row in the grid by setting Fixed property on that row to true. This will always keep that row in view and never scroll it.
But I suspect that is not what you want. You probably want to dynamically keep the GroupByRow in view while scrolling when there are child rows in view. There is no support for that in the grid.
