Are you able to create your own Tab in the VisulaStudio`s toolbox and add our controls in that Tab using "Choose Items" action from context menu ?  If Not, my suggestion is to set a live meeting, by this way I`ll be able to take a look at your machine.

None of the tabs are created.

I ran

Create Toolbox Tab for CLR 4.0 2012.1 and

Create Visual Studio Toolbox Tab for CLR4.0 2012.1

none of the created a tab in my visual studio 2010 ultimate. but the both ran successfully.

any ideas?
