Maybe one possible approach could be if you are using ultraGrid1_SummaryValueChanged() event. For example:

private void ultraGrid1_SummaryValueChanged(object sender, SummaryValueChangedEventArgs e)
{
   var MyValue = e.SummaryValue.Value;
}
