Hi,
We have designed a windows form using Ribbon styling and looks perfect on Windows 7 basic theme. However when we change the theme to Windows 7 Aero the app border is completely changed to Aero style (Transparent) -- which we dont want.
What we want is to maintain same look & feel on our windows form over any Windows theme. how do we achieve this? Please see the attached image.

If I understand well your issue, you have a problems with the Aero themes and transperant behavior of your forms. If so, maybe one possible solution could be if you set "IsGlassSupported = False" property of your UltraToolbarManager.
