Outlook group by using a date column - including 'Today', 'Last Week' and and so on

Is there someway that I can get the grid to use a datetime column to create outlook style groupings in which the groups would show up something like 'Today', 'Yesterday','Last Week' and so on, just like they do in outlook?  Currently when I group, it only does it by the actual date.  Thanks.
