If I add a shortcut SHIFT-F5 to a Ribbon Tool, it is translated into MAJ-F5. Apparently this is the name for a French keyboard... I'm working with a Belgian keyboard however... Is this a bug?

Keyboard: Dutch (Belgium) - Belgian (Period)

Hello,
Could you please try to attach, if possible, a small sample project, reproducing the above mentioned issue, since I was not able to do so, I will be happy to take a look at it?
I am checking about the progress of this issue. Please let me know If you need any further assistance on this.
Hi Boris, thank you for following up. Haven't got the chance to create a small example... Will try to do that in the following weeks. Maybe I'll use an example from Infragistics. Don't you guys have some smallish examples that I can use. Problem is that our application is just way too big...
Hey!
I have attached a small example with just one button tool. It is not anything special, of course. Please try to modify it so I can see the issue and assist you further on that matter.
Thank you in advance! I will be waiting for your feedback.
Hi Boris, I've been able to reproduce it with your example, although I had to add a PopupMenuTool with a ButtonTool in it.
Forgot to add the screenshot.
Thx, Lieven
I don't know whether you can set your keboard/language/local settings to Belguim (Dutch), Azerty keyboard...
I've checked this in Office Word, and there I get Shift instead of MAJ.
For reference, the similar topic on stackoverflow from 2014.

Was this case solved?
I came across the same topic of the same user from 2014 while this topic is from 2013... I couldn't find a solution yet.
Ok, thx!
Hello Lieven,
I created the following case for you: 'CAS-116363-G2K6C0' and will update you through it.
You could see it in your account in the 'Support Activity' page.
