How can I make my grid look like this?

Saw this on the website that sells the Infragistics .Net product:

 It looks like the DataGrid in the middle of the screen has some kind of grouping function that shows "Week Ending..." header above each group.  Does anyone knows how can I make my grid looks like this?

By the way, which component can makes the panel holder's header like the charts on the right (Expense Analysis, Networth Change...) ?

    The control shown in the middle of the screen appears to be the UltraWeekView. Please use the following link to learn more about how you can utilize the UltraWeekview control:

    I am not 100% sure what is meant by panel holder's header. Please let me know the part of the image you are referencing and I may be able to provide you with an answer.
