Create new WinForm project. Add tolbars manager with 1 toolbar and 10 button tools. Run program. Resize form to small size and click on "toolbars options" button - list with hiddden tools appearad. If now double-click on list area outside tools, new toolbar will be created with hidden tools. As result, we have 2 toolbars with some duplicate tools.
Please explain this behaviour and how to disable it.
This is a bug and I would recommend reporting it to the support group: http://devcenter.infragistics.com/Protected/SubmitSupportIssue.Aspx. Unfortunately, I don't think there is an easy way to get around this.
