Hello Team,
I'm trying to install the NetAdvantage_WinForms_20131_PlatformInstaller.exe on my Machine. I've downloaded the .exe from http://ko.infragistics.com/products/windows-forms/.
Now, When I try to install the product, I'm getting an error message in the Registration stage saying "There was communication problem with the registration service". Could you check and let me know the solution for this issue. I've been trying to resolve this issue for the past 3 hours. Kindly help.

Hello Kartik,
The platform installer requires an internet connection. Were you attempting an offline installation?
I just tried to install Windows Forms with the installer from the link you provided, and I was able to sign in. Did you make a new account during the registration step, or sign in with an existing one?
The platform installer creates a log file, which you can find in a "Log Files" folder where you ran the installer. The file IGPlatformInstall.txt might provide some useful information, if you would like to attach it.
A workaround would be to download the offline installer. You can get it by clicking the link on this page, below the button.

Could you please let me know which exactly product of your Infragistics 13.2 Ultimate bundle you are trying to install. Also does Windows Firewall was turned on during the installation. And are you behind a proxy on that machine that you are trying to install a product to?

sorry for my absence in last week.
As wish the selected products are Windows Forms, WPF, Version Utility and Visual Studio Extension, in which I have tried only to select Windows Forms, but still did'nt work.
The Windows Firewall is on.
This machine ist only uesed within a company netzwork. During the above-mentioned installation is this machine with the internet access and admin. authorization.

It seem that your Windows Firewall prevents platform installer connects and downloads installers of the selected products. So I recommend you to download complete bundle from the following link (it contains all installers for the products which are included in the Ultimate set):

Then run the msi from the downloaded bundle and let me know the result of the installation.
