First off, my apologies if this is nin the wrong forum. I've looked on the forum site, and can not find something more specific. FWIW, the forums have just gotten harder & harder to use ass time has gone by.
Anyway, I am looking into how I can provide a foreign language translation of the ultratoolbar's customization dialog. How would this be done?
