App Stylist licensing for 3rd party graphic designer

We may employ a graphic designer to determine the styling for a winforms app we are working on.  

Is it possible to get a standalone license for the App Stylist software or will they have to get a license for the full control set just to use the stylist?

    Thank you for your interest in AppStylist. To download this add-on you are required to install our Windows toolset. We do not sell AppStylist as a standalone add-on. Is there anything else I can help you with?
