I am using Infragistics 8.3 with .net 3.5. Recently I have changed from .net 2.0 and Infragistics 7.1 because It was not allowing me to export to xlsx format.
After upgrading the version i am able to export to xlsx but I am getting Error While opening the file " Excel found unreadable content in test.xlsx. DO you want to recover the content...." If I say Yes another dialog box coming with the error "Repaired Records: Cell information from /xl/worksheets/sheet1.xml part".
Export to xls is working fine but not xlsx.
Please let me know What could be the reason ?

We have such issues in the past in some of the older version of Infragistics, which are already fixed in the latest version.
What I could suggest you is to test the latest service release of 8.3, hoping that this was fixed there. If this doesn’t help then you should upgrade your solution to Infragistics 14.1., also you could download Infragistics 14.1 as trail in order to evaluate this version for 30 days and to see if everything works fine for you.

Just forgot to mention... this is happening when i try to export the contents of the grid to .xlsx format.
