Add custom text before exporting WinGrid to pdf

Hi,

 I am using UltraGridDocumentExporter to export a winGrid to pdf document. I would like to add some custom text (header and footer) to the pdf document before  (and after) exporting the grid.  Any pointers on how this can be achieved will be highly appreciated.
