It appears that some updater is trying to run.  When I start Visual Studio 2013, the updater asks for permission to run then a dark dialog box with Infragistics 14.1 on the top with the phrase "Please wait while we launch..." above a progress bar that makes it about to about 10%.

It hangs at this point.  I can't find it in the process list to end it.

    Thank you for contacting Infragistics Developer Support.

    Please provide me with the log files from the update. You can find them in the following directory:

    C:\Users\<your user name>\AppData\Local\Temp\Infragistics\Log Files

    This will give us more information about what is causing this issue. Also please make sure that your firewall isn’t stopping the updater from downloading the required files.
