As far as I understand you are using Infragistics 14.1. I have noticed that using the latest Infragistics version (14.1) the UltraLabel renders the text as per your requirement and I am not able to reproduce your issue. Therefore I have created a sample project that compares Infragistics UltraLabel versus Microsoft Label. Both controls are showing the colon character on the left side of the text, when the RightToLeft property is set to True.

For further reference see the attached file on the bottom of this post. Also feel free to modify it and attached it to your next forum post, in order to show me where I misunderstand you.
