Based on your last answer, I got the impression that you have managed to solve your issue after refreshing the UltraGrid. Since Mikes`s approach is not working for you I need more information about the scenario in which you are using the UltraGrid. The most appropriate and self-explanatory way of showing me your issue is to isolate it in a sample project and upload it to your next forum post.

Yes.I am abele to scroll UltraGrid Rows with both Horizontal scrollbars.But UltraGrid is not in Panel.

Note:After refresh UltraGrid showing properly.
