i got an UltraExplorerBar, Style ExplorerBar, v10.3, with UltraExplorerBarContainerControl Items.
If i resize a UltraExplorerBarContainerControl, the size of the pane is not refreshed, so the last controls are being set out of the visible area - no scrollbar. If i add a new control, it is refreshed. How do i trigger/refresh it manually?

I believe this is resolved in the latest version of our tools. I will investigate a bit more to see if I can reproduce it in 10.3. If I can, I'll try to find out exactly when it was fixed. If I'm not able to reproduce it in 10.3, I will ask you for a code sample.
I will update you again by this Thursday with the results of my investigation. Please let me know if you have any further concerns.

I have not been able to reproduce this issue in 10.3. My recommendation is to test this out in 14.2, then upgrade your project if the issue does not occur. Alternatively, if you are able to send a reproduction sample, I will be able to look into this further.
