Hi,
Please could someone help me to understand why AllowSuperCompactLayout does not take effect in the attached example?
Thanks,
Phil
Hello Phil,
In super compact layout the items for each dimension are displayed followed by the aggregate (ex All Books) in a single column, when using compact layout you will see an “L” shaped column where the side of “L” encloses the set of dimensions and the bottom of the “L“ shows the aggregate (ex. All Books). From running you application it appears that the grid is displayed in super compact layout. Please see image.
If you are not seeing the same output as in the image, please let me know what specific version of Infragistics for WPF 14.2 that you are using, otherwise please provide more information on what you are expecting to see.
Sincerely,

Hi Valerie,
in the samples, SuperCompactLayout looks like the attached image. Pretty much a tree view. That is what I would expect to see.
THanks,
This view is due to the hierarchy built into the Date Dimension. I have updated your sample to include this type of hierarchy for the Maturity field. If you drag this into your columns you will see the same effect. Please note I have also set pivotGrid.SuperCompactLayoutIndent = 25 to cause the indentation in the tree.
Please see modified sample.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you very much Valerie.
