Allow Space in XamMaskedEditor in ControlTemplate

I have a XamMaskedEditor inside ControlTemplate of XamDataGrid. I am using this mask Mask="{}{char:20:a-zA-Z0-9  }" for allowing 20 alpha numeric characters along with SPACE. This is working fine but it does not allow to enter SPACE in the editor.  Am I missing anything here? 

Help me if I can handle some events to allow the space in the editor.  Please reply me asap.
