It appears that you had created a private support case for this same issue that you were seeing. That support case has an ID of CAS-168349-H6K8D6, and it also had a sample project attached to it, which I had used to reproduce this issue linked in the forum thread you have linked in your original description. That support case is now linked to a development issue with ID 211941, as this appears to be a bug with the XamTileManager.

Since this is a public forum thread and I am referencing a private support case, I will post the sample project that you attached to the support case to this message so that others can see this issue as well.
