The Minimum and Maximum value of the Range object varies even if they are in the same position.
I have attached the screenshots of both minimun and maximum being near the time 10:09 but the value varies. Also attached the project as well.

The outer most edges of the zoombar thumb are where the Minimum and Maximum are referring to. It is not the inside of the thumb area that counts. See below:
