Hi,

You can change( translate) the text in the GroupByArea  of the xamDataGrid  by manipulating the  GroupByArea ‘s  properties :

1. Prompt1  - Returns/sets the first of 2 instructional prompts displayed in the
Infragistics.Windows.DataPresenter.GroupByArea.
2. Promp2  - Returns/sets the second of 2 instructional prompts displayed in the
Infragistics.Windows.DataPresenter.GroupByArea .
 
 You can manipulate them through Xaml

  You can manipulate them directly  through code:

            xamDataGrid1.GroupByArea.Prompt1 ="group by area 2";
            xamDataGrid1.GroupByArea.Prompt2 ="Drag a field 2";
        }
