How i can open existing document find in it come text, replace it to new text and save document?
In Documentation i can't found information about it.
In Community questions i found post about Word Reader and answer about new idea (PI13020020) 5 years agoBut i can't find this idea, Word Reader documentation or any other information about read existing word documents.

The Infragistics Word Library is a "write-only" engine in its current state. If you would like to see a "Word Reader" functionality included, I would recommend suggesting this as a product idea at our WPF Ideas Site.
Something you also may be able to do in this case is to utilize the XamRichTextEditor, which currently has support for importing and exporting .docx files. You can read further about that here.
Regarding the previously existing product idea, we recently updated our product ideas site, and the old ideas are intact with our product management teams, although they do not currently exist on the new site.

It is unfortunate that this functional was never implemented.
