Our NuGet feed only provides versionless packages as far back as 2017. In order to get anything older it will have be through contacting us directly. However, in 2016 we had different package names, so it's not entirely encouraged to use them, you may run into issues. If you have an account with us with a registered subscription since 2016 volume 2 then you should be able to download the NuGet packages for that volume on our keys and downloads page. Since they are versioned in 2016 you'll have to install them locally. 

We started WPF NuGet roughly in 2016 so you won't find 2012 NuGet packages. You may follow this article on how to setup your own NuGet client.
