Is it possible to have a XamDataChart with multiple X-Axis at the top and multiple X-Axis on the bottom. That would go with just one Y-Axis. I'd like to plot series on all of these and adjust ranges on all of the axes.

In order to use multiple X axis on the top and bottom of your chart, I can suggest you reviewing and using in combination the following topics - Using Multiple Axes and Adding Multiple Series.
Please note that not all types of series allow using all the types of multiple X axis. In the second topic there are tables that describe the different series types and, which types of X axis are valid for them so you would have to choose which series would be more suitable for the needs of the chart you are trying to create.
