I am not able to lanuch xamFeatureBrowser after installing NetAdvantage_WPF_20081_Hotfix_2036.zip.
I believe the Feature Browser cannot use the latest DLL.
Any solution for this?
Same here, apparently an XmlParseError somewhere..
Thank you for showing me the location of the source. I am able to rebuild it and run it. However, if I copy the executate to the location where the shortcut menu pointing to ("C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\Infragistics\NetAdvantage for WPF 2008 Vol. 1\Samples\Binaries\xamFeatureBrowser\xamFeatureBrowser.exe" on my XP), the program crashes again. So I create a shortcut to point to the location of the file where I build ("C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\Infragistics\NetAdvantage for WPF 2008 Vol. 1\Samples\xamFeatureBrowser\bin\Release\xamFeatureBrowser.exe") and it runs successfully there. It probably relates to some path issues.
I'm sorry to hear this. What is the exact error message you receive when trying to open xamFeatureBrowser?
Does it throw an error if you run it from Visual Studio? On Vista, the xamFeatureBrowser source code is installed to:
$\Users\Public\Documents\Infragistics\NetAdvantage for WPF 2008 Vol. 1\Samples\xamFeatureBrowser
Please let me know more about this issue, so that I can help resolve it.
Thanks,
Josh
