Show GridLines without using CellValuePresenter to display border

Hi I would like to know if there is a way to show the GridLines without using the CellValuePresenter to display a border around each cell. The reason for this is that I would like to have some cells Visibility of Visibility.Hidden and when the cell is in this state the border does not show.

You can use a DrawFilter. Please refer to the following link for more information:
