I have group by functionality enabled in the xaml for my xamDataGrid. Sometimes (does not happen every time) when I click on the "+" sign to expand the group by header to see the children record in the grid nothing happens. Any help will be appreciated. I have 2008 vol 2 NetAdvantage.
Rich,
I am attaching a small sample that I am using to reproduce this behavior. I am not able to do so, so please modify it so that it is reproducible and layout some steps to reproduce.
Thanks.
Alex,
Actually, the problem still exists. After clicking to expand and collaps for a while finally you can't collapse/expand any group by area. The types of actions I performed in my test:
1. Clicked on the +/-.1. Clicked on a custom button to group by a different field in the grid.2. Clicked on a custom button that collapses/expands all group by areas.3. Clicked on a custom button that sorts the grid w/no groupping.4. Dragged a row from/to the grid in quesiton.
Please let me know if you need any more info.

Hello Rich,
This is the correct way of upgrading - removing old references, adding new, cleaning and rebuilding your application. Please further test this and let us know if this behavior still exists.
Aaron,
I decided to upgrade to the newest version just released: 2009 Vol 2. I did the following steps:
1. Downloaded vers. 9.2 on my machine2. Opened the solution for my application3. Removed the references to 8.2 and added the same ones for 9.2 (e.g. removed Infragistics3.Wpf.v8.2.dll and added Infragistics3.Wpf.v9.2.dll)4. Rebuilt the solution
Let me know if I have missed anything as this is the first time I upgraded to a newer version of NetAdvantage WPF.
So far I have not seen any problems with expanding group by rows when clicking on the +, but I want to test more to make sure as the problem observed with 8.2 would not happen every time.
Hello rosiakr,
The first thing to do would be to make sure you have the latest Service Release installed for that version. You can get that on the Infragistics website under 'Keys & Downloads: https://ko.infragistics.com/Membership/Default.aspx?panel=Downloads
