SeparatorTool highlightable when placed after MenuTool

If I place a SeparatorTool directly after a MenuTool in the ApplicationMenu it gets a highlight when i mouse over it.  When SeparatorTools are placed after ButtonTools this does not seem to happen.

How can i disable this highlight?

 

I tried adding the following to my local resource but these did not make any difference:

ApplicationMenuSideSelectBorderFillKey

ApplicationMenuSideSelectCenterFillKey

ApplicationMenuSideSelectBorderLightFillKey

MenuHottrackBorderDarkFillKey

MenuHottrackCenterFillKey

MenuHottrackBorderLightFillKey

    I was able to reproduce the behavior. This doesn't seem correct so I've submitted an issue for it. I'll see about getting a case created for you for this issue.
