Which property i have to change for the set the HeaderPrefix area to blank.
( I want to make blank the marked in red area)

This area's size can be control by the RecordSelectorExtent property of the FieldLayoutsSettings. Moreover, the position of this and its size also can be controlled by the RecordSelectorLocation property.
