there are several problems with XamRibbonWindow when FlowDirection is set as RightToLeft (working with version 2009.2).
1. dancing tool icons - icons move unexpectedly by 1-2 pixels when mouse over, haven't really found an explanation for this. saw a thread talking about this on these forums, has this been fixed and any hotfix?
2. window is cut - when SizeToContent=WidthAndHeight is combined with righttoleft, the ribbon window is cropped by like 5 pixels and appears "cut". I have no screen shot of this situation because it's reproduction is on a private network, but it's easy to understand.
when the window size is set (like width=500 height=500), this does not happen.also obviously in lefttoright this does not happen at all.
in terms of the inner template - the 2nd CardPanel in the ribbon jumps like 5 pixels to the left for no understandable reason.
please let us know whether you are aware of these issues, and what's their status.

You didn't mention which specific build of 9.2 you are using. I would recommend downloading the latest hotfix and retesting as their have been fixes since the initial release that dealt with flowdirection. If you still have an issue then please provide a sample that demonstrates the issue and we can look into this further.
