We are evaluating Infragistics & had this question.

We have 4 developers + 1 tester where only 2 of them do development in the presentation part.

The others use the debug enabled assembly output.

Do the others (2 developers + 1 tester) also need a development license from infragistics?

    I recommend contacting Infragistics sales for an answer to that question.  As I understand the licensing, any person using design time features of the NetAdvantage Toolsuite are required to have a license.  Also, if you tester is testing UI then I would say yes to that. 

     But, like I said, the only way to get a definite answer is to contact sales at sales@infragistics.com or 800-231-8588
