In my application a user should be able to select individual data records to perform certain actions on these records. One of the requirements is also to be able to "select" a groupby record to indicate the action will apply to all data records in this group. Does XamDataGrid support a notion of selected or active GroupBy record?Thanks!

Yes, it is supported you can test it with the RecordActivated, RecordActivating, SelectedItemsChanging, SelectedItemsChanged events. All you have to do is perform your actions on its ChildRecords collection.
