rerun startup animation

I would like to have the startup animation run again when I load new items in the carousel.  Is there a way to do that?  I've tried setting ShouldAnimateItemsOnListChange flag but I still don't get the animation.

    I have logged this behavior with our Developers as Development Issue 62376.  You will receive word on a resolution in your support case at that time.
