What is the best place to add a handler for the myDataPresenter.ScrollInfo.ScrollOwner.ScrollChanged event?  I currently set it in the myDataPresenter.RecordsInViewChanged event.  My goal is to handle when the user scrolls horizontally - if there are any other solutions please let me know.
