Hi!
I´m using the GalleryTool inside a MenuTool (in a RibbonGroup). When the Preview (and the DropDown) of the Images are displayed, the Images are resized to a larger width&height than the original. Why this?
I´m doing the same thing as shown in the Example in the Feature Browser and also created Images for the GalleryItems. These Images are 64x48. But the preview in vs2010 and running the application renders the images larger than the original size. I can´t figure out where to change this behaviour.
Any help is much appreciated.
Hello Marcus,
I have made a sample application with XAML code that you provided and images with the same sizes as yours and still the XamRibbon is behaves as expected.
Could you please describe the environment in which you are developing you application (Operating system, Service Release, Integrated development environment and the specific version of our product that you are using)?
Sincerely,
Krasimir

Hello,
the screenshot you provided just showed everything as it should be. i have attached a zip-file with an image where my issue is shown. A short explanation (the warning-signs are placeholders actually):
Figure 1 shows the MenuTool inside the RibbonGroup.
Figure 2 shows the selection-box which should surround the icon properly, but since the image is somehow "zoomed" the upper and lower borders of the selection box are clipped.
Figure 3 shows a part of the GalleryTool with the images inside.
The original Images are 64x48 and 32x32. (png Files, where the 32x32 file has transparent background).
I also included the xaml-File of the MainWindow from the application i´m currently working on. A complete application (which u can run) will take a while.
Hello Markus,
I have been investigating your issue and did not see such behavior. I attached screenshot with the behavior that I am getting while trying to reproduce what you describe.
Could you please provide me a sample application with your issue to see if it will behave the same way with me?
Looking forward to hearing from you.
