I'm using a filter called Indicator who takes two possible values: Gasto or Costo.
When I use this filter in combination with an another and then I select the two possible values of the filter Indicator, the grid shows correctly the results for both values (first image). But when I select one of the possible values (Costo), the grid doesn't recalculate the data (doesn't refresh, second image). Then I select the second possible value of the filter (Gasto) and the grid shows the correct data (recalculate the result) for that value (third image).
How can I resolve this problem? Is there a basic or obligatory combination of filters that I must use to show and filter correctly the results in the grid?
Thanks

Hello, I was able to reproduce the issue with the sample data you've sent us. The fix will be included in the next SR expected at the beginning of May. If this date is too late for you, please contact our developer support team in order to request a private build.
Best regards. Plamen.
You must interpret the filter PERIODO as a date, for example, 'MAR-2011' (March 2011) and as a string of lenght 8 (3 letters for the month, a dash and 4 numbers that represent the year). Maybe when you open the Excel file, it transform the column PERIODO to number and this is the difference that we have. Please, make this change and try again. I will wait for your answer. Thanks.
Please excuse us for the delay. I’ve tried to load the data using the excel file you’ve sent us. What I see for PERIODO filter now is different than what I see on your snapshot. Could you clarify how to interpret the numbers found within? Here is what I mean
Best regards.Plamen.
We have been waiting for 2 weeks for an answer to our problem but until now we haven't receive any comments about a possible solution to this problem. Someone could reproduce it? Someone can tell us if we must keep on waiting for this?? I appreciate any answer!! Thanks.
