how to use ValueToDisplayTextConverterProperty and ValueToTextConverterProperty

I find there are 2 property in XamTextEditor:

ValueToDisplayTextConverterProperty and ValueToTextConverterProperty

What's the function of the 2 property? How can I control display text with them?
