BUG: Print Preview Reporting v10.3.20103.2164

Hi,

We have been using the Infragistics Report Preview control for the last 2 years. Recently we upgraded to version 10.3 and also installed the latest Service Release.

Since the upgrade, our users noticed that when printing a XamDatagrid (grouped), sometimes the child records don't print, even though they display in the grid.

I created a sample application based on the Print Preview sample in the latest feature browser to test a few scenarios:

Group by a column ("MPAA Rating"), Print Preview, Perfect
NO GROUP, Filter by a value, Print Preview: ERROR: "Specified argument was out of the range of valid values."
Group by same column as in step 1, filter by the same value as in step 2, NO ERROR, BUT the groups display in the Preview, with NO Child Records.

This wasn't the case before the Upgrade (v10.2.20102.2001)

We now have to ROLLBACK to version v10.2.20102.2001 in order to fix our grid printing.

I have attached the sample application for your use.

Please follow steps above to reproduce the "non"-desired results.

It is quite a big concern that something like this slipped through the cracks with the last WPF release.

I am sure that we can expect a patch for this ASAP...?

I've tested the scenarios you described with the provided sample app and I can confirm that the problems are not reproducabale in our latest builds, as opposed to the build from our last released SR. I'm very sure our May SR would resolve the issues.

Please let me know if something else arises.

You used the word "seems". How sure are you / what guarantee is there that this issue has been addressed in the next service release?
