Minimizing the Ribbon results in a Black Rectangle

Hi

when I minimize the ribbon, the place under the ribbon is shown as a black rectangle.

 

any hints what i'm doing wrong ?

    Hello Haggy,

    Thank you for your post. I have been looking through it and I reproduce your behavior, so I suggest you remove the Height of the XamRibbon, because the actual control you minimize is a TabItem which is inside the ribbon. When you minimize it the height of the ribbon remains the same and that is why you see a black rectangle.
