Hi, launchiing the feature browser (netadvantage2011-2 WPF DV) and navigating to the xam orgchart sample (data - databinding), clicking on the minus sign of the tree elements of the orgchart causes the application to crash.
Loading the sample in Vstudio 2010 also cause a crash. The machine is an Iconia Tab with Windows 7.Note that the same app works correctly running on a Dell Precision 490 (Windows 7).Any idea?
Thanks

Hello, I can confirm that the issue appears also on another tablet: Ergo Mod. TAB-201, Windows 7 professional installed.
Hello Valerio,
Development issue 100940 has been logged to address this issue. I will create a private case for you to link to this issue so that you will be notified of any updates.
I will try on another tablet. The problem is that we deliver our application on that device. As far as I'm concerned I've notice that the crash is inside the orgchart dll, no way to intercept the bug(?) in visualStudio running the sample source code. What can we do?
1) download the source code of the orgchart dll, open it and try to search and analyze the event code generated by the click on the minus/plus icon or
2) manage the expansion of the tree in a different way. In this case, are there any public event that we can trap during the expand/collapse clicks, so we can override the default behavior of the dll?
Thanks VALERIO
Hi famproject,
I tested that scenario on a touch screen monitor and it works fine. I will try to find a tablet and test it there to see if it is reproducible, because of the small size of the screen. Meanwhile can you check it on a different device and let me know if you see that problem again! Thank you in advance!
Regards,
Nikola.
