I am getting a messge that says license not found. We periodicaly get this error when a file named "license" appears in the properties folder of the solution. We usually just delete the file and error goes away. This time I'm getting the error and there is no license file. Its a problem because the xaml editor in visual studio has wavy lines under every line of xaml and its not easy to read. The project builds and runs just fine.
This also an issue for me. I am developing on a large project that was mostly created before I showed up. The only problem is in visual studio, at runtime there is no problem.

Hello Sam,
Thank you for your post. I have been researching what the reason for the error that you getting might be and it might be caused if the Infragistics.Licenses file is deleted from the Global Assembly Cache. What I can suggest is checking the Global Assembly Cache of the machine on which the issue appear and if file with such name does not exists, re-installing the Infragistics products that you are using. Also I can suggest to when creating a project using the Infragistics control to leave the Licenses.licx file in your project and only removing its content and also such message might appear after a trial period of the used product has been already expired.
Please let me know if the suggested approached was helpful for you or if you need any further assistance on the matter.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
