SelectedItemsChanged - Multiple Selection

Hi

I'm trying to implement the event "SelectedItemsChanged" for multiple selection. Currently the event gets triggered each time a cell is selected. However I want that the event gets triggered only when the user is finished selecting. How can i achieve this?
