I have something that's very peculiar I'm hoping you can help with. The attached code sample demonstrates the problem.
In the attached project, I have two windows: MainWindow and XamDataChartWindow. The MainWindow simply has a button on it to launch the XamDataChartWindow simulating a complete application with a menu system.
I've found that if you edit the app.xaml file and set the XamDataChartWindow to be the startup, the tooltips over the scatter line series are displayed exactly where you would want them. However, if you set the MainWindow to be the startup and use it to launch the XamDataChartWindow, the tooltips for any of the points on the right half of the window appear far to the left side of the window. In other words, the tooltips are not displayed next to the point where the mouse is located.
After several hours of looking at this, I've been unable to determine what could possibly be causing the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have been looking into it and the sample you have attached and I can say that this is a known issue, which is already fixed in our latest internal builds and the fix will be included in the next service release, which is scheduled for May 28th.
