Hello,
I want to set the backgroud area of the xamDatagrid.
This is my settings:
<
igDP:XamDataGrid BindToSampleData="True" Theme="Royale" Background="LightGray"/>
It's shown like this:
How do I set the color of the white area (near for lables)???
It looks wrong to present it like this...
Hello Roy,
Thank you for your feedback. I am glad that you resolved your issue and I believe that other community members may benefit from this as well.
Thanks again.
Works fine!
Thank you Stefan.
I have created a sample project with the functionality you want. Basically I handled the DataRacordPresenter’s Loaded event and if it is HeaderRecord I get the Border that stays behind the labels and set its background to the same color as the Labels. Please let me know if this helps you or you need further assistance on this matter.
Looking forward for your reply.
Hello Stefan,
This solution does not solves the problem, it's only hides the white part and there is still some white left of the left side of the lables area.
I don't want that the fields will expand on the window, I want them to stay in the width that I set in the XAML.
Is there a way to get to the background property of that part of the grid?
What is that part anyway??
Thank you for your post. I have been looking into it and I suggest you set the XamDataGrid’s FieldLayoutSettings’ AutoFitMode to “Always” in order to achieve your goal. Please let me know if this helps you or you need further assistance on this matter.
