Even though there is no built-in functionality you can it can be achieved by retemplating the XamDataGrid's CellValueRresenter elements, to incorporate a XamBarcode control. In the NetAdvantage for WPF’s sample browser there is a sample the shows how this can be achieved – “Custom CellValuePresenter Style - Advanced”. I can also suggest directly setting the CellValuePresenter’s ContentTemplate property to a DataTemplate containing a XamBarCode control so that you do not lose any of the original functionality of the cells. I should also point out that the XamDataGrid part of the community forum has a lot of questions on the CellValuePresenter.
