Hello,
I'm having a problem with the XamDateTimeEditor control. When the client opens the calendar to select a date, the calendar area "flickers", with horizontal bars flashing in front of the calendar, kind of like watching an old VHS tape (I have a video to show the problem, but I keep getting "500 - Internal server error." when I try to upload it...). However, there is no problem with the control when we view it on our computers, and we've never had any problems with the control when using it in other applications we've deployed to other clients. The problem was present when we where using version 11.2, and nothing changed when we upgraded to 12.1. Have you seen this problem before and what would you suggest to solve it?
Thank you!
I'm guessing that maybe the file is too big to upload to your forum, so I uploaded it to a 3rd party site so you can view it at http://www.sendspace.com/file/8af5rh
It's just a short clip, but it shows the flickering problem.
I am just checking the progress of this issue and was wondering if you managed to achieve your goal or if you need any further assistance on the matter.
I am just checking the progress of this issue and was wondering if you managed to get the needed inforamtion from your customer?
Hello again Stefan,
I did get some specs from my customer. I'm not sure exactly what is relevant, but here's what I know:
Intel Core i5 CPUM 560 @ 2.67GHz1.17GHz, 1.92 GB RAMWindows XP Professional (Japanese language) Version 2002, Service Pack 3 ATI Mobility Radeon HD 540vScreen resolution: 1600 x 900
I've also got screenshots of their programs list that shows all the programs/Microsoft patches installed on the computer, if that will be relevant. Please let me know if there is any other information that would be helpful.
Thank you for the information, but without a sample where the issue is reproduced, we are not able to investigate this further. If you want, I can create a private support ticket for you where you can send me a sample
Looking forward for your reply.
Yes, a private ticket would be best I think. It might take some time before I can create a sample, as this issue doesn't occur on our computers, only on one of our clients' computers.
I have created a private ticket for you (CAS-95821-1K9KRD), where you can send me the sample.
